Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales & AI Enablement Coordinator — someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, data, and digital innovation. This role blends operational excellence with forward-thinking AI capability to turbocharge productivity, client engagement, and business growth. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, ensuring every sales touchpoint — from proposals to delivery — is smarter, faster, and sharper, powered by automation and insight.
Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Efficiency & Innovation
- Champion AI adoption across the sales ecosystem — identifying where automation, machine learning, or generative tools can reduce manual effort.
- Use platforms like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot, Midjourney, and Excel AI to enhance presentation design, proposal writing, data entry, and internal communication.
- Build mini-AI workflows (e.g., automated lead response drafts, smart reporting dashboards, task reminders).
- Constantly experiment with emerging AI tools and share learnings to upskill the wider team.
- Act as an internal AI ambassador — training others and encouraging a culture of tech curiosity and innovation.
Sales Intelligence & Coordination
- Manage CRM data (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent) and ensure insights are surfaced for decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between sourcing, design, logistics, and accounts.
- Ensure smooth, end-to-end order management with complete visibility for clients and internal teams.
- Generate weekly performance reports and sales trackers with automated analytics.
Content & Client Engagement
- Build impactful client decks and proposals using both design tools and AI-assisted presentation software.
- Support client meetings, exhibitions, and brand events — managing samples, collaterals, and demos.
- Maintain proactive client follow-ups and communication on project status, deliveries, and next steps.
Continuous Learning & Growth Mindset
- Stay on top of new AI trends and digital tools reshaping sales operations.
- Participate in internal learning initiatives, webinars, and courses on AI, automation, and analytics.
- Bring ideas to transform repetitive sales tasks into intelligent, scalable processes.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Bard, Copilot, etc.)
- Excellent data organization and reporting capabilities (Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets)
- Sharp communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a bias for automation and improvement
- Organized, disciplined, and proactive in execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, business operations, or digital enablement
- Exposure to CRM and AI-powered workplace tools preferred
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and experiment with emerging tech

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
