Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our local/domestic sales operations by coordinating with clients, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and the sales team for smooth order processing
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and invoices
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and payments
  • Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Ensure timely delivery and resolve client issues promptly
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
