We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will handle sales coordination, ensure smooth communication between departments, and help drive customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and support — including managing quotations, orders, and customer payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Track and follow up on leads, quotations, pending orders, and customer payments.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department to monitor outstanding payments and assist in collection follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing sales performance reports and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in organizing meetings, product demos, and client visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in a sales coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Knowledge of sales processes, documentation, and payment follow-up procedures.
