The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving sales targets by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and delivery updates.
  • Process orders in the system and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for dispatch.
  • Maintain customer records, documentation, and prepare basic sales reports.
  • Assist in customer service, after-sales support, and communication duties.
  • Maintain and update product price lists, stock availability sheets, and customer databases regularly.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate internally for resolution.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the sales team on low stock or upcoming arrivals.
