Sales Coordinator

About the job:

• Receiving orders/ inquiries via phone in a high service quality level.
• Recording all the orders received via phone and email.
• Processing all the orders with utmost accuracy and clarity.
• Effectively communicating with the customer on orders received, schedules, pricing, product availability, product delivery, sample requests/requirements, and order confirmations.
• Maintaining and coordinating with procurement for system updates, products, suppliers, pricing.

If you are have;

• Hands on experience in similar job role in food and beverage industry

and possess;

• Problem solving skills
• Clear communication – strong English
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Order management - Process customer orders efficiently and accurately through database system and provided customer confirmation notifications.
• Time management
• experience on SAP
