We are a 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are urgently looking for dynamic Sales Coordinator highly motivated & Energetic individual, having passion for bright career and growth to be a part of our growing team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree Holder preferably in Engineering / Accounting / Business Management studies
  • 2 year’s experience on similar role
  • Excellent in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Good Communication Skills - verbal and written
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attentive to every detail and ready to work any time
  • Must be highly organized, self started
  • Can join immediately

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales quotations using MS WORD / EXCEL
  • Follow ups with client and negotiating quotes as and when required
  • Assist the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
  • Respond to client on email or telephone queries in a friendly and calm manner.
  • Track sales leads and client’s order
  • Coordinate between internal departments and the client to provide service most suitable for the client’s need.
  • Responsible for overseeing and evaluation of charges or any alterations in the quotes.
