Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication between the sales, logistics, finance, and marketing departments. The role involves managing sales data, order processing, distributor coordination, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales executives, distributors, and internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Follow up with distributors/customers for payments, outstanding balances, and order confirmations.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, dealer records, and performance trackers.
  • Support the sales team in planning and executing promotional activities.
  • Handle communication between the field sales team and management.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, targets, and incentive calculations.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, product codes, and order documentation.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, billing, or delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-end sales support .
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
