Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to manage client accounts and handle inquiries related to our printing and advertising services. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the sales, design, production teams, and clients to ensure smooth and timely execution of all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and client follow-ups
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely job execution
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status, requirements, and updates
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases
  • Handle client inquiries related to printing and advertising services
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales coordination or a related role (printing/advertising industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of printing, branding, or advertising materials
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email)
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-up ability
