Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination / sales support and documentation for project sales or Outdoor Sales (building materials / MEP / construction industry preferred).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue sales quotations accurately and on a priority basis to meet customer and business timelines.
- Coordinate closely with sales executives and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Assess customer potential, including number of ongoing projects, payment capability, and applicable credit terms.
- Enter and verify sales orders, schedule deliveries, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management review.
- Generate invoices and submit them to customers on time; prepare Statements of Account (SOA) and share them regularly with customers.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any pending matters.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, deliveries, and pending documents.
- Maintain customer database, project tracking sheets, and sales reports.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and after-sales coordination.
- Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales coordination, order processing, and invoicing procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills to assess customer potential, credit terms, and outstanding balances.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills for approvals, payments, and closures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
