Sales Coordinator

MY PERFUME FACTORY LLC is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and streamline operations. The ideal candidate will manage customer orders, coordinate between sales, production, and logistics, and ensure smooth sales processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team
• Process customer orders accurately and follow up to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and update customer and sales databases
• Generate sales reports, quotations, and presentations
• Act as the point of contact for customers, addressing queries and providing updates
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and product launches

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Preferred:

• Experience in Perfume / FMCG / Manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with e-commerce or online sales platforms

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
