Sales Coordinator

The Role

This position is ideal for someone experienced in ERP systems, Sales Order Processing, and Export Documentation, with a strong commercial mindset and the drive to support revenue growth. You will also assist the Purchasing team on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities

Using our ERP system, you will:

• Create quotations and Sales Orders
• Generate customer invoices and follow up on payments
• Produce sales and open item reports
• Set up price lists and products
• Liaise directly with customers and support the sales process
• Use your freight forwarding and import/export knowledge to improve end-to-end order fulfilment

About You

• Commercially minded and sales-target driven
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Graduate with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work from our office in Arjan (next to Miracle Garden)
• Experience in an import/export trading company is an advantage
• Available to start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
