Sales Coordinator

Take Orders from Sales Team on emails/SMS/Whatsapp and fill the order form

ERP Order Entries & Share detail

Confirm order dispatch status and invoice status

Track record of products dispatched (invoices) & share invoices with sales team

Proper follow-up with pending orders with SCO

Follow-up related to distributor credit notes acknowledgment with sales team (salary, TA/DA etc)

Receive and record damage stock details from sales team & forward to concerned department (Supply Chain & Finance)

Keep all the track record of all distributors from concerns sales manager

Filing & tracking of all record data

Coordinate with finance for resolution of sales team related to queries

Prepare month-wise sales & collection report in excel

Send the verification copy of invoices to TSE's

Stock short claims must bring into record on the existing format & process it & forward to the accounts department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
