Job Summary

We are looking for a Assistant Sales Coordinator to support the Senior Sales Manager. The role involves preparing sales documentation, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining ERP records, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Sales Manager in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Maintain and update customer data, pricing, and transactions in the ERP system (preferably Odoo).
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Track customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order status with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare sales reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for management review.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all sales-related documentation.
• Support customer communication regarding quotations, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or similar role in HVAC industry.
• Good understanding of ERP systems (experience with Odoo is preferred).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
