Job Description:

The Parts Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by coordinating parts orders, quotations, documentation, and customer communication. The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate parts identification, and timely coordination between sales, warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support sales representatives in preparing quotations and sales orders.
• Coordinate customer inquiries related to spare parts pricing, availability, and lead time.
• Ensure accurate parts identification using part numbers, catalogs, and technical data.
• Process and track sales orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for packing, dispatch, and shipment.
• Maintain updated records of orders, invoices, and delivery status.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies, shortages, and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Mechanical, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in parts sales coordination or spare parts operations.
• Knowledge of automotive / truck / industrial spare parts/Generators.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Excel, and sales documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck/Generator parts (Iveco, FPT, Perkins, Mercedes, Mitsubishi, Cummins, Volvo, Scania, etc.)
• Experience working with OEM and aftermarket parts.
