Team Lead – Sales Operations

We are hiring a Sales Team Leader with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in CRM software. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, improve performance, and ensure high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Conduct daily meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Assign leads, monitor follow-ups, and improve conversion rates.
  • Use CRM for lead tracking, reporting, and team performance monitoring.
  • Handle major client meetings, escalations, and deal closures.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain workplace discipline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management (service industry preferred).
  • Strong command of CRM software (Mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and analytical mindset.
