The Role:

Our Sales Coordinators delegate opportunities to our talented HVAC teams while keeping them energized throughout the day. Their priority is matching the skill sets of our field professionals to the available appointments to effectively meet the needs of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Schedule turnover appointments for our HVAC Sales teams.
• Evaluate batting order and dispatch appointments based on time frame promised, field professional skills sets, and/or priority level to set daily schedule.
• Monitor cancellation requests and work with customers needs or schedules to retain appointments.
• Manage whereabouts of the HVAC Sales team members to ensure we have team members available to assist in service demands across multiple branch locations.
• Monitor the whereabouts of service technicians to strategically set up members of the sales team to arrive at a call and assist with customers needs.
• Balance turnover potential and staffing levels for the HVAC team to set and update field professional availability counts throughout the day.
• Motivate and uplift the HVAC teams to maximize their opportunities and achieve their goals.
• Other projects as assigned by manager.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of dispatch/customer service experience.
• Highly Organized and Exceptional Follow-Through Abilities
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Team Player with High Integrity
• High School Diploma or GED
