Sales Coordinator

Evee Electric is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will assist with sales administration, coordinate orders, maintain customer records, and ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers. This role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily operational and administrative activities.
• Prepare and process sales quotations, orders, and invoices.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Track sales targets and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and order status.
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation.
• Monitor order status to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sales coordination or sales support roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
