Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to oversee and manage daily sales operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in driving sales growth and maintaining Bolonyo LLC’s reputation for excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities including client outreach, quotations, and order processing.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client communications.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost sales.
• Prepare sales reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Assist in organizing product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s retail and business regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
