Argaam Investment is Hiring: Sales Coordinator


We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Investor Relations Sales team . This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage coordination tasks, support client interactions, and ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities.


  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Employment Type: Full-time, On-site


Role Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales function through effective coordination, communication, and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Follow up on invoices, payments, and collections in alignment with the sales team
  • Manage email communications and ensure timely responses
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools
  • Support in organizing and attending conferences, events, and exhibitions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination, Finance, PR, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and confident communication style
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
