Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose :

• To coordinate the daily operation between the Branch Sales and Pre-delivery Inspection teams to ensure the vehicle is delivered at the required time and in the proper condition to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and monitor vehicles stock to ensure proper and seamless vehicle stock management within the branch.

Key Accountabilities:

• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of branch sales section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.

• Ensures that a priority list for delivery of cars is created in conjunction with the Branch Sales team.

• Ensures that pre-delivery activities are completed at 24 hours in advance of car delivery to the customer.

• Ensures that defects and/or malfunction if any identified during the process are timely notified to the branch sales team.

• Ensures that completed and signed documents required to perform the post-delivery activities are collected from the customer and in time are handed over to the Branch Sales Team.

• Interact and follow up with sales consultants regarding their customer requests of cars and car specifications to ensure availability.

• Monitor and control the vehicle movements.

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

• 0 - 2 years relevant experience in the field of Sales

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Diploma / equivalent in a relevant field
