We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales & leasing documents
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and developers
  • Maintain CRM and sales records
  • Assist in booking forms, contracts, and approvals
  • Follow up with clients and internal departments

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of real estate experience in UAE
  • Familiar with property documentation & CRM
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong MS Office skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
