Sales Coordinator – Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Market

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations for the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets. The role involves close coordination with dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with dealers in AP & Telangana markets.
  • Order taking, order processing, and dispatch follow-ups.
  • Maintain dealer-wise sales data, outstanding details, and order status.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
  • Communicate schemes, offers, and product updates to dealers.
  • Handle dealer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Marketing departments for smooth execution of orders.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Any graduate preferred (BCom / BBA / MBA will be an added advantage).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Fluency in Telugu or Hindi is mandatory; English knowledge is required for internal communication.
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
