Sales Coordinator - Automotive

Automillennium Investment Group seeking a motivated Female Sales Coordinator to assist our sales team in achieving its targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, processing orders, and maintaining communication between our clients, sales team, and other departments. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports.

Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.

Communicate with clients regarding order status, inquiries, and product availability.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, handling client correspondence, and organizing promotional activities.

Prepare and distribute sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 Tagalog is a must, as well as living in Fujairah and be comfortable travelling to our head office in Dubai for the interview.
