Sales Coordinator - Building Materials

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

This position will be responsible for a broad range of functions, including, but not limited to:

  • Process, coordinate, and track retail orders & documentation.
  • Monitor and track retail enquiries and sales pipeline.
  • Support retail sales team and coordinate retail order pricing, deliveries, and logistics.
  • Manage inter-departmental coordination for retails.
  • Ensure prompt communication with customers and resolve queries on timely basis.
  • Assist with market research and opportunity identification.
  • Assist with retail marketing initiatives, requirements, and strategy implementation.
  • Organize, attend, minute and follow-up team meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM as required.
  • Generate reports & forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sales or retails coordination required.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Sage X3 & Zoho CRM preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel & Word required.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
