  • Support the B2B sales team in managing customer accounts and coordinating sales operations.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and contracts for corporate and government clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, registration, and insurance) to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries and documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high service standards.
  • Follow up on payments, delivery schedules, and pending documentation.
  • Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and order tracking for management review.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in organizing customer test drives, product demonstrations, and sales events.
  • Ensure all RFPs, contracts, and deals are documented accurately and as per company policy.
