Sales Coordinator (CRM Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update all client and project information in the CRM system accurately and timely.
  • Generate sales reports, track leads, and monitor sales performance through CRM dashboards.
  • Coordinate between the sales team, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, pending approvals, and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain records for quotations, sales orders, and correspondence.
  • Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and maintaining pipeline reports.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination between indoor and outdoor sales teams.
  • Support management in analyzing sales trends and providing insights based on CRM data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all customer and sales information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role (preferably in building materials or construction industry).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling project-based sales coordination.
  • Knowledge of UAE market and customer database management.
