  • Maintain and update customer invoices and prepare quotations as required.
  • Communicate with customers to share quotations, follow up, and secure orders.
  • Create Sales Orders for confirmed customer purchases.
  • Issue Delivery Notes to customers upon successful delivery of goods.
  • Maintain proper records of sales transactions, delivery notes, and customer communications for tracking and audit purposes.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and liaise with relevant departments to ensure product availability when required.

Requirement:

  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in other Administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred (Added Advantage)

  • Proficiency in conversational Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
