We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team of a high-end fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in driving business development, managing client relationships, and coordinating marketing initiatives to enhance the restaurant’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
- Maintain client records, track leads, and follow up with potential and existing clients
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for management
- Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Support business development and client engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales or marketing coordination within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury fine dining in Qatar or the GCC
- Understanding of high-end restaurant sales and marketing practices
