We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team of a high-end fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in driving business development, managing client relationships, and coordinating marketing initiatives to enhance the restaurant’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Maintain client records, track leads, and follow up with potential and existing clients
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for management
  • Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Support business development and client engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales or marketing coordination within luxury hospitality or fine dining
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in luxury fine dining in Qatar or the GCC
  • Understanding of high-end restaurant sales and marketing practices
