Sales Coordinator- Indiamart

India

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new leads and business opportunities via platforms like IndiaMART, referrals, and cold calling.

· Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and convert them into potential clients.

· Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions or products.

· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

· Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.

· Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

· Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.

Required Skills:

· Familiarity with IndiaMART: Comfortable navigating, using, and generating leads through IndiaMART supplier interface.

· B2B Sales Expertise: Prior experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.

· Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Emailing, and CRM tools.

· Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills: Confidently present products/services to clients and handle objections effectively.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

· Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi/local language.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
