About the Role

AABTools is urgently hiring experienced Sales Coordinators / Inside Sales professionals for our Dubai location who are looking to advance their careers to Sales. We want someone who has a complete command over the trade of selling industrial products and also are great at building lasting customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
  • Converting and developing incoming leads that are coming through company marketing initiatives
  • Assisting customer requests through emails & phone calls
  • Conducting timely follow ups on open opportunities to ensure that sales objectives are met
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Developing strong customer relationships during and after the sales occurs
  • Report on sales activity
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up) on the CRM
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of 2 years in sales coordinator and selling industrial products
  • Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
  • Tactful and smart to handle customers objections and present solutions and options to close sales
  • Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations
  • Energetic and result orientated

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle order-related queries, delays, and documentation follow-ups
  • Support the sales team with reporting, updates, and administrative tasks
  • Process and track customer orders, deliveries, and invoices using ERP systems
  • Coordinate daily with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Logistics, or Sales Support
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions
  • Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tight timelines
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in follow-ups and internal communication

Preferred Experience

  • Background in industrial tools, construction equipment, or technical supply sectors
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Zoho, Oracle, SAP, or similar
  • Prior work in B2B and/ or industrial supply environments
