Sales Coordinator (Male)

• Sales coordination related job for all countries operated from Office
• Works as the primary support function for the entire front end Sales team (Retail & Projects)
• Receive enquiries from Distributors / Clients by mail, phone call and prepare offer within 1 working day
• Coordiantion with Client / Sales team on enquiry clarification, Project informations and all sales related activities.
• Regular update to the status of mails, enquires received, price clarification, daily operations and any special approvals.
• Maintian updated price list (Dist. Price List & Market Selling price) for respective countries operational from office
• Regular update to Sales team on new product Introduction, product addition, Price Changes, Stock status etc
• Regular update on reports related to Quotation received and sent to distirbutors and clients - country wise
• Regular update on Sample request received and delivered to Sales team in cooridnation with Warehouse.
• Maintain folder for Catalogues / Data sheets / files / test reports / Project approvals related to all products from all divisions
• Prepare Pre Qualification documents for Ligting, Wiring Devices and HVLS fans
• Prepare project submittals for Lighting, Wiring Devices and HVLS fans
• Maintian Primary Sales report & Secondary Sales report - Country wise and Sales man wise in coordination with Accounts.
• Ad hoc duties to be assigned

Product Range : Lighting, Wiring Devices, Fans

Qualification : Electrical Experience with Bachelor's Degree

Experience : 4-7 years in Electrical Industry

Location : U.A.E.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
