Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth order processing. The role requires strong communication, technical understanding of products, and the ability to coordinate with customers, engineers, and internal departments to meet sales targets and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with new and existing customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Respond to inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, logistics, and finance for order processing and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems.
  • Support contract preparation and negotiate pricing or service terms with customers.
  • Provide technical product information and assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals, industry networking, and market research.
  • Participate in trade meetings and stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Prepare sales reports, expense reports, and other required documentation.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements.
  • Support product installations, testing, and customer training when required.
  • Promote sustainable product usage and provide guidance on responsible disposal or recycling.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Technical Sales / B2B Sales
Experience in industrial products.
