Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with clients to follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Handle documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Communicate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Respond to client queries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in organizing sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Administrative role (preferably in kitchen equipment, hospitality, or related industries).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
