Job Overview:

SourceTek is hiring a Sales Coordinator MTO for one of its FMCG clients based in Shahdara, Lahore. This is a 3-month Management Trainee (MTO) program with the opportunity to convert into a permanent role based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in order processing and dispatch coordination

Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for timely deliveries

Maintain records of orders, invoices, and dispatch reports

Support daily sales operations and administrative tasks

Ensure smooth communication between internal teams

Help resolve basic customer/order-related queries

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BBA / relevant field preferred)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Fresh graduates or candidates with 6–12 months experience can apply

Salary & Benefits:

PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Opportunity to become permanent after 3 months

Hands-on experience in FMCG sales operations
