Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator (m/w/d), based in Dubai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Internal order management and tracking
• Support work on tenders and related documents
• Support of customized proposals and orders of technical equipment
• Close cooperation with sales engineers and regional sales managers and several internal departments like product management, production, marketing, finance and logistics
• Support marketing activities on social media to generate leads and represent our brand
• Contact person for customers and dealers
• Support during exhibitions

Qualifications

• Qualified commercial and technical education
• Technical and commercial understanding
• First job experience, particularly in sales or project management
• English, (Arabic advantageous)
• Communication talent with professional appearance
• Intercultural competence and flexibility
