Sales Coordinator – Samsung & Xiaomi

We are seeking an energetic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in promoting and selling Samsung and Xiaomi mobile phones. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating orders, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales activities and follow up with clients and the sales team
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries

Support the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred

Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
