Sales Coordinator (Telecom)

Job Description :

1. Check all emails received, sort & reply on daily basis

2. Pre-Sales, Lead generation, coordination with sales & field team

3. Daily calling for lead generation

4. Achieving revenue targets as per given by management

5. Coordinating for new lead & fixing meeting with sales team

6. Order processing , KYC documentation, vendor registration

7. Support Planning and coordination of a program and its activities

8. Keep updated records and create reports & proposals

9. Keep updated records and create reports & proposals

10. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines

11. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

12. Collaborating with internal department to ensure sales/order execution/queries/deliveries handle efficiently

13. Responsible for generating reports

14. Responsible for informative coordination with management /Marketing team by completing order & keeping customer informed of delays and delivery dates

15. Attending enquiries from customers & follow up with same

16. Respond to complaints from customers and gives after sales-support when requested

17. Store & sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

18. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problem

19. Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
