Sales Coordinator - Urgent Hiring (female)

Lakhani Group is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator (female) to join our growing real estate team. A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales department. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales team activities and schedules.
  • Maintain and update clients databases and sales records.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Track sales performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing departments.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing clients.
  • Handle client complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of sales support or coordination experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
