Dubai Based 9 years old company dealing in Hotel and Restaurant supply of Customized tableware and housekeeping items is looking for a Sales coordinator

Products like 1.housekeeping package ,Metal Bathroom sets ,Leather items, Guest room Accessories from china

1.Tableware(crockery, cutlery, Buffet items, copper tableware, steel tableware, Barware )

1.Have experience of sales coordination of 3-4 years with dubai hotel suppliers as cordinator position (as all our products are made to order from India and china)this is not negotiable condition

• Follow up with clients for enquiries
• Sources prices from local an dinternational market
• Create ppt for asking supplier prices for products (supplier pricing, freight, delivery timelines, payment terms).
• Must be able to do costing independently.
• Do costing, quotations invoice
• Issue LPOs to suppliers and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinating with local India and China suppliers for timely delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Arranging delivery to clients
• Source and qualify new local and international suppliers.
• Send company profile to clients
• Do Telle calling for generating

Its a compulsory condition that Candidate should Have worked with hotel supplier companies based in Dubai who are selling above products mentioned .

Salary:

Salary: 4000-6000 Aed
