A growing furniture and mattress retailer offering high-quality home furnishing solutions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to showroom sales and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive cum Customer Service representative will be responsible for driving showroom sales, assisting customers in selecting furniture and mattresses, and ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and mattress products
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide detailed product knowledge (materials, comfort levels, sizes, customization options)
• Handle quotations, invoicing, and order processing
• Follow up with customers for payments, deliveries, and after-sales service
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service coordination professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture sales (mandatory)
• Previous experience in mattress sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with a sales-driven attitude
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Ability to work under targets and commission structure
• Immediate availability
