Tele Sales, Customer Support with Whats app Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken and highly motivated female Sales, Customer Support & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, understands how to handle sales enquiries professionally, follows up consistently to help close sales, and has basic knowledge of social media, WhatsApp marketing and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages and sales enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with potential customers and help convert enquiries into sales.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, delivery and after-sales support.
• Ensure customers receive quick, professional and friendly responses.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including promotional broadcasts, product launches, offers and customer engagement.
• Manage WhatsApp Business, respond to enquiries promptly and maintain professional customer communication.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain an organised database of customer names, contact numbers, enquiries and follow-up status.
• Ensure no customer enquiry is missed by maintaining a proper follow-up and CRM system.
• Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with the sales team.
• Help manage the company's social media accounts by replying to messages and comments.
• Upload products, offers and promotional content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Assist with basic digital marketing activities, including creating simple posts, updating product listings and supporting online campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve customer engagement and generate new leads.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
• Friendly, professional and confident when speaking with customers.
• Sales-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to multitask.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Has basic knowledge of social media platforms such as shopify, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, Canva, social media marketing and WhatsApp marketing is an advantage.
• Able to maintain accurate customer records and CRM/follow-up systems.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, WhatsApp marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Preferably on a husband/spouse visa.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 8 PM

Salary

AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of customer enquiries from the first conversation through to follow-up and conversion. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised and customer-focused, while also assisting with WhatsApp marketing, social media management and basic digital marketing activities to help generate new business and strengthen customer relationships.
