Sales Data Scraping & Lead Research Executive

Awesome Technologies Inc. is hiring a Sales Data Scraping & Lead Research Executive to collect, extract, and verify US-based business data for our Mortgage SaaS operations. The candidate will use online research, scraping tools, and verification platforms to provide accurate, CRM-ready leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scrape and extract US business data from company websites, LinkedIn, Google, and online directories
  • Collect company details including name, website, decision-maker information, verified emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles
  • Use tools such as Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Clearbit, and Phantombuster for data extraction and verification
  • Clean and verify data before submission
  • Remove duplicate entries and maintain high data accuracy
  • Organize and maintain CRM-ready data in Excel / Google Sheets with proper formatting
  • Meet weekly lead generation targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0–3 years experience in Data Scraping or Lead Generation
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn research and email verification tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (sorting, filtering, formatting)
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience generating US mortgage or fintech leads
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Knowledge of automation tools
