Job Title: Sales Person – Design Services

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to promote and sell our design services (graphic design, branding, interior design, web design, or related creative services). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their design needs, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Present and promote company design services to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to provide suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (experience in design, creative agency, or marketing services preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand creative concepts and explain them to clients
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
