Job Title: Sales Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Designer to join our team. The Sales Designer will be responsible for combining design expertise with sales skills to understand client needs, create tailored design solutions, and drive revenue growth. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to transform customer requirements into functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline.
• Provide expert advice on design solutions, product selections, and layout options.
• Prepare and present design proposals, sketches, 2D/3D layouts, or visual presentations.
• Convert client needs into customized solutions that align with company offerings.
• Generate quotations, sales proposals, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and new products.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, design, or a similar role (experience in wardrobes, kitchens, etc. is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position with occasional evening/weekend work depending on client needs.
• Mix of office, showroom, and on-site client visits.
