Sales Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a driven sales closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of in-home sales success. This role involves collaborating with clients at their residence to create EXCLUSIVE JACCUZI BRANDED bath replacement solutions that meet their wants and needs. The Designer will play a crucial role in product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals in a 1 call close environment. THIS ROLE HAS UNCAPPED EARNINGS POTENTIAL!

Responsibilities

• Run approximately 8-10 prequalified warm leads per week.
• Follow our proven 10 Step Selling System
• Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate the value our organization provides through products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase design solutions effectively.
• Handle money transactions and financing for projects.
• Create clean project work orders and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel up to 2 hours from Grand Rapids, with a majority of leads in Duluth
• Measure projects

Experience

• Proven experience as a one-call sales closer REQUIRED
• Strong product demonstration skills
• Experience with big ticket financial transactions is beneficial.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with clients for successful project outcomes.
• Familiarity with simple renovation processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for client interactions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can do attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
