Sales Cum Designer
Position Summary:
The Sales Cum Designer is responsible for generating sales leads, understanding client requirements, and creating design solutions that meet project specifications. This role combines strong sales ability with creative design skills to deliver customized products and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, inquiries, and referrals.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure projects are executed according to client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and project requirements.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, payments, and project updates.
Design Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings, design concepts, and layouts based on client needs.
- Prepare 2D/3D designs, sketches, and technical drawings using relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar).
- Provide accurate measurements, material specifications, and design clarifications to the production team.
- Modify or revise designs based on client feedback or site conditions.
- Ensure all designs comply with project standards, functionality, and aesthetic requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, design, or a combined sales-design role.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
