Quantity surveyor- Interior design and fitouts

Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and material take-offs.

Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Manage procurement, quotations, and vendor pricing.

Prepare cost comparisons, variations, and progress billings.

Support project team with budget monitoring and commercial documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Interiors design or related.

Minimum 2–5 years' experience as QS in Interior Fit-Out.

Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and finishing works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and QS software.

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

GCC experience is preferred with Driving License
