Sales Designers - Closets and Kitchens

Job description:

A Leading closets and Kitchen design company, provider of custom wardrobes and storage solutions in the UAE, is looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Designer to join our growing team. If you're driven by design, skilled in sales, and have hands-on experience with IMOS/ Sketchup 3DS Max - Enscap or similar design software, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:

• Work closely with clients to understand their storage needs and offer customized closet designs.
• Guide customers through material, finish, and accessory selections.
• Prepare detailed quotations and close deals with a consultative, client-centric approach.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and support clients throughout the sales journey.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in sales and design (closets, kitchens, or furniture preferred).
• Strong command of 3D interior/furniture design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
