Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)
  • 0-1 years of experience in telesales, client handling, or lead management
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English/Urdu)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM platforms
  • Experience at firms such as Velosi, APEX, SGS, or Bureau Veritas will be considered a strong advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both inbound and outbound communication
  • Oversee the complete lead management process: identification, qualification, nurturing, and conversion
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and well-documented engagement
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry, complying with data privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Generate and present regular reports on lead generation performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline metrics
  • Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets

Preferred Background:

  • Candidates with prior experience in ISO certification bodies, inspection agencies, or HSE/quality consulting firms will be prioritized
  • Familiarity with industry workflows in companies like Velosi, APEX, SGS, or Bureau Veritas is highly desirable

Key Skills:

  • Telesales & cold calling
  • Lead generation & pipeline management
  • CRM software proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Reporting & analytics
  • Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
