Role
We are seeking to recruit an experienced
HORECA Sales Director
to join a dynamic group within the perishable food industry.
The role is based in Dubai.
Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Leadership
: develop and implement the
HORECA
commercial strategy for each GCC market, ensuring alignment with company P&L objectives.

Business Development & Key Account Management
: drive growth by expanding market presence across both premium and mid-tier HORECA operators.

Tender Management Excellence
: oversee the complete tender process.

Leadership & Team Development
: manage and mentor a multi-country team of key account managers, field sales representatives, and tender coordinators.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or Food Industry Management.
Required Skills
-
Minimum
10 years of sales
leadership in
perishable food
categories
-
within
GCC HORECA
markets.

Proven success in winning in fine dining and managing large-scale tenders.

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation-led growth and category penetration.

Existing network
among GCC chefs, buyers, and procurement heads.
